second harvest

I know, I was lazy and didn't post pictures of the first harvest.  How lame is that.  Anyway, here is a pic of part of the second harvest two days before pickin'.

Here is a Shiitake with a hoodie. Can't wait for them to hit the fan in a couple of weeks or so.

Mushrooms for one, mushrooms for all!

Come get your mushrooms.  Mushroom Party in 12-13 days, details forthcoming.  These are blue oyster mushrooms, that thrive in cooler temperatures.  45-65 degrees in our apartment, so that shouldn't be a problem.  (Thanks for sorting that part out, uncle Derek)
